This apartment is spacious and comfortable that is sure to meet all of your needs. Mayfair offers a fully equipped kitchen with total electric appliances including dishwasher, stove/oven, and refrigerator. The only appliance you may need is a microwave. The laundry room is equipped with washer/dryer connections for full size appliances. The apartment master bedroom has a wonderful walk-in closet with double doors. The bedroom leads to the large tub and shower bathroom featuring a five shelf linen closet for all your necessities! We also feature a cozy patio with a large storage closet attached. You will enjoy our relaxing pool and sundeck area located behind the clubhouse. If you decide not to purchase a washer and dryer, you may use our clothes care center that is attached to the clubhouse. We provide superior maintenance at our community and well-kept lawn areas. There are 2 picnic areas with grills at Mayfair so you can grill, relax, and spend time with family and friends. We also offer detached garages and storage units for your added convenience.
Take I-20 West to Exit 11 (Hwy 27). Turn left and travel south approximately 8 miles toward Carrollton. Turn right on Columbia Drive and Mayfair is approximately 2 miles on the right.
